Fans of the Warsaw Philharmonic surely need no persuading that this is one of the best venues to spend a pleasant and memorable evening on New Year’s Eve. The programme will feature lighter but unfailingly beautiful and ambitious music, many surprises and amazing arrangements. This time the focus is on colourful American music that draws inspiration from a variety of sources. The master of ceremonies will be the American conductor and organist Joseph R. Olefirowicz, who has once again kindly accepted our invitation to lead our New Year’s Eve concert (he made his debut in this role on the Warsaw stage in 2019). The conductor is famous for his expressive conducting style, which is ideal for an evening when we will be bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming in the new.
