Anna Federowicz
Anna Federowicz studied singing at the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk under Stanisław Daniel Kotliński, and at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz with Małgorzata Grela, graduating with distinction.
She has appeared with many of Poland’s leading musical theatres, including Roma Musical Theatre in Warsaw, the Musical Theatres of Poznań and Łódź, Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, and the Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic in Białystok.
Her stage repertoire encompasses both leading and supporting roles in productions such as Wicked by Stephen Schwartz (Glinda), My Fair Lady with by Frederick Loewe (Eliza Doolittle), West Side Story by Leonard Bernstein (Maria), Catch Me If You Can by Marc Shaiman (Brenda Strong), Kombinat by Wojciech Kościelniak (Lala), Sunset Boulevard by Andrew Lloyd Webber (Betty Schaefer), and Virtuoso by Matthew Hardy (Helena Górska-Paderewska).
She has recorded songs by Tomasz Stroynowski for numerous feature films, including Jeszcze nie wieczór directed by Jacek Bławut, Filiżanki Yoko Ono directed by Andrzej Mańkowski, Nowa directed by Tomasz Olejarczyk, and Między kroplami deszczu directed by Kuba Karyś. She also appears as one of the protagonists of Andrzej Mańkowski’s documentary Tournée, produced for TVP2 and featuring Zbigniew Wodecki.
