Can you hear that birdsong? It’s the first sign of spring! Leaves are appearing on the trees, animals are waking from their slumber, and shimmering on the meadow in the sun are golden… saxophones! These instruments, invented by the Belgian maker Adolphe Sax, know plenty of tales heard in the forests and clearings. They can even dance like a butterfly on the wind or buzz with the voice of a bumble bee. They’re also familiar with exotic atmospheres. They adore foot-tapping rhythms from over the ocean and improvisations. But beware… a human voice is coming from the reeds…
