Users’ personal data contained in the registration forms, as well as those collected automatically, are processed pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws [Dz.U] of 2002 No. 101, item 926 with later amendments) and of the Act of 18 July, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (Journal of Laws [Dz.U] of 2002 No. 144, item 1204). The personal data of our website users contained in the registration forms will be processed by Warsaw Philharmonic exclusively in order to provide the specific services listed in the registration forms (such as e.g. the Newsletter). Our personal data administrator is Warsaw Philharmonic.
Warsaw Philharmonic does not share, sell or lend users’ personal data to other persons or institutions without the users’ consent. Users’ personal data processed by Warsaw Philharmonic may be made available to state and judicial institutions if the data is demanded by those institutions as necessary to conduct their proceedings, and to third persons pursuant to the decisions of state organs.
